What I want to do in the future

This starts smaller but will eventually expand internationally.

Year 1Launch locally, land one clinic partner, collect 20–30 braces, and prove the idea works in the Bay Area.
Year 2File for 501(c)(3) nonprofit status with a parent as legal officer — unlocking tax-deductible donations and grants.
Long termGrow into a national and international program, with a focus on the regions — like Southeast Asia and parts of Africa — where clubfoot is most common and treatment is hardest to reach.
